Online purchases

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a standard return policy within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, altered or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone to receive a return authorization number. This number must be included with the returned item.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

In Store Purchases

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 10 day exchange policy. All items purchased in store are non-refundable.

To be eligible for the exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. We cannot exchange items that have been worn, altered or damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return policy criteria. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that ALL custom design pieces or special orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. These items can not be returned or exchanged and are excluded from this policy.
