required.

2.  We’ll verify the details

Our experts will review the quote to ensure the work, materials, and quality
are comparable.

3. We’ll beat the price by 10%

If the job qualifies, we’ll do it for 10% less — same quality, same
trust, better value.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To ensure fairness, accuracy, and quality
assurance, the following conditions apply:

Quote Validity: The competitor’s quote must be dated within the past 7 days. Quotes older than 7 days will not be eligible due to material and price fluctuations.

Comparable Services: The quote must be for the exact same work, including: 1) Type of repair or design (e.g., resizing, resetting, retipping, polishing, CAD design, etc.) 2) Type and quality of materials (gold, platinum, gemstones, etc.) 3) Labour standards and finish level.

Eligible Competitors: Competitor must be a registered jewellery business in Canada. Private sellers, online-only operators, or non-certified jewellers are excluded.

Material Costs & Market Variations: The Price Beat applies to labour and service costs only. Material costs (gold, platinum, diamonds, gemstones, etc.) are matched at current market rates on the date the job is booked.

Custom Design Work: Applies to comparable designs only, with matching specifications, complexity, and materials. We may request drawings or CAD models to confirm equivalence.

Scope of Work: The job must be within our scope of services and capabilities. If a competitor offers a service that requires equipment, processes, or expertise that we do not provide, we reserve the right to decline the guarantee.

Exclusions: Quotes that include bundled discounts, promotional or clearance pricing, or membership-only deals. Quotes that differ in job scope, design complexity, or materials. Minor service specials (e.g., watch batteries, basic cleaning).

Proof of Quote: Must be provided in written or digital format, showing: 1) Business name, 2) Date of issue, 3) Itemized details of the work and pricing.

Right of Refusal: Swedish Jewellers International reserves the right to decline any price match if the quote cannot be verified, is incomplete, or does not meet the above conditions.
