Stage One - Your Vision
At this first step in the process we gather the basics about your project, including your budget, style preferences, inspiration, and timeframe.
We encourage you to look through our existing designs as inspiration or reference of elements you’d like to incorporate in your design.
Stage Two - Render Design
The second stage is all about collaboration!
Using all the information gathered at our initial conversation, we will create a render of your design and review it with you to ensure it is in line with your vision!
Stage Three - Stone Selection
Based on your design, we will source your perfect stone from our trusted network of like-minded suppliers, who are all committed to ethical and sustainable practices.
After we undergo a strict selection process, we’ll confidently present several hand-picked options that are perfect for your piece.
At this stage, we also provide accurate quotes for your finalised design with each proposed stone.
Stage Four - Production
Once your perfect stone/s have been selected and your design is finalised, we’ll secure both components with a deposit.
We set our custom design production timeline at 4-6 weeks to allow for the highest quality hand manufacture. We encourage clients with a special date or occasion in mind to mention this in our initial discussions, as we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
Stage Five - Completion
Congratulations! Your custom piece is ready to collect, with every element carefully handcrafted into existence.
We’ll contact you to arrange your final appointment for collection or secure shipping. Before handover, we ask that you pay your balance.
